wrongly charged in my credit card
I'm from Brazil and I visited New York and stood in Hotel Pennsylvania.
I bought the plane ticket and the reservation in the hotel with a brazilian company. Arriving in the hotel to do the check-in, the receptionist said she couldn't find my reservation, so she said it was necessary to book another room. She passed my credit card and a few minutes later she found my original reservation. She said she was reversing the purchase in my credit card and I trusted her.
Back in Brazil I was surprised with the credit card bill, the purchase hasn't been reversed! I called the hotel (an international phone call) and could only talk to the reception, never got to talk to the accounting section. I also emailed the accounting section but I never got an answer.
I was jeopardized in US$200, 00! I'm still waiting for an answer!

Theft in my room - Padlock cut
I had a piece of luggage in the closet with a padlock because I was not using it due to summer clothes from Miami.
