I have purchased a shirt from a seller via ebay. The seller confirmed the product was delivered to Hopshopgo (97252) on 17.5.2017 but I find that it is not in my account.
I approach Hopshopgo to help me to trace the missing package. I totally wrote 7 emails to "Customer Service", 2 to "Support" and one to "News" but no one send reply or even acknowlodge of receipt to me.
I'm really desperate and don't know what to do, please send me a reply and let me know what is happening.
For your information, the tracking number of the missing package is 9400109699937586584617, the copy of delivery document has already been sent to . For details, please refer to my 4th email.

Fatal systematic error in their payment process, which they won't take any responsibility
I have 2 packages delivered in my account and I have made my payment on 18 Jan 2011 with paypal. After 2 business days, the package has no sign of shipping out so I asked the colleague what's going on in their LiveChat session and the first colleague told me that it will be shipped out after 2 business day once the payment was made.
