Program for massage therapy appointments
I sent you informatiom on October 30th and haven't heard anything from you. Would you let me know what is happening.The company HEAL ME said they had a program to make appointments for massage therapy but they were not helpful in helping me fill out the information for the program. I mad many phone calls but they did not return my call. Purchase date was September 19th. have a support line and phone number bur I have no luck reaching them

Desired outcome: I want to cancel the program and have a return of $576.00 paid for they program.
No help in setting up my account. Not returning my phone calls
I am enclosing the emails that I have received from HEAL ME. I am also enclosing a list of the calls that I have made to them. There has been NO return calls from them.
