My husband bought a trailer from Giant Recreation World. The salesman said that this trailer would fit our truck. We believed this guy, but when we got this trailer it looked smaller and this trailer was more appropriate for the smaller truck than ours. We decided to check this trailer more careful and the next problem was the parts. They simply started to fall apart. Also it was very cold inside and we decided to inform the company about the return of this trailer. It was rubbish and we didn’t need it!
They didn't provide checks and repair services for free
I have twice bought RV from Giant Recreation World and I am very disappointed in their services. They told us that all their RVs were in good conditions and everything was repaired. As well as they guaranteed that they would provide all repair services completely for free. We believed them, but these guys refused to repair the broken tap and check the car. They asked us to pay for any checks.
They received half of the sum for the repair and have done nothing
We bought two RV from Giant Recreation World. The first one was ok, but the second has problems and defects. We didn’t have warranty, but we tried to speak with the seller about it. The company agreed to fix all problems and we have paid the half of the total sum. After 2 weeks we picked our RV and noticed that all problems with the leaking and refrigerator remained. It seemed that they have done nothing.
