unethical behavior; sorely lacking in customer service
Abysmal customer service. Will not shop here again.
I placed my order 11 days ago; the company's website identifies my order status as "unfulfilled". I advised via an e-mail to the company's customer service website that I was cancelling the order. In response, they advised that orders are filled "immediately" by the warehouse and cannot be cancelled. Laughably, my order status continues to show "unfulfilled". You do not want to shop here. The company is lacking in integrity; "customer service" is a misnomer.

Bad-quality lingerie and it didn't look alike as on the website
I ordered 2 bras from the website www.freshpair.com. I was so excited, because lingerie looked so beautiful on the website. I received my order and was in shock, because bras looked like crap. The colour was completely different and it looked like someone already wore it. For me it was disgusting and I sent multiple emails to the seller and complained about the quality. After that I asked for refund, but the seller only promised it. Total scam and better avoid this dishonest seller.
