Evolve Electric Motorcycles reviews and complaints

I contacted the owner of Evolve Electric Motorcycles. My friend and I wanted to purchase two motorcycles from them and the seller agreed to ship them to one address. We have paid from the friend’s card and got all details. We have no idea how it has happened, but the seller has shipped order to wrong address. We asked him to tell this address, but he said that it was unimportant. We asked to return money back, but he again told us some nonsense.

I contacted Evolve Electric Motorcycles and offered the deal. I wanted to open dealership in the town and offered them to sell me couple of electric motorcycles. The owner agreed and he offered me to buy three bikes now and he would asked me to pay only 50% of deposit and the remaining sum after I would start to sell them. After some negotiation, we agreed that the company would ship also promo materials and bikes. A month has passed and I still didn’t get the information about the shipping and no promo materials or bikes.

I purchased EVOLVE from Evolve Electric Motorcycles. I have paid 60% deposit and the seller said that order would be shipped in the end of the month. Also we agreed that they would deliver the scooter to my local dealer and I contacted him. The local dealer said that hasn’t heard from them and promised to find out about the delivery times. He informed me couple of weeks later that the company only shipped it and they didn’t want to tell when it would be delivered.
