I'm still going on with these people. They can't tell me where a charge is coming from (from what username) but they keep charging me twice. My family confirmed that the charge is not coming from them; they don't even have Crew. If they "can't tell me the username," they could at least stop charging me on that account. It's my account, and I have proved that to them.
I tried to get webbattles rewards, but when the website would not update with my progress, I contacted them. They kept saying, oh, wait a few hours. It'll resolve then. I kept saying, no, it's not updating anything and it's been hours. Now that it's out of their timeframe, they keep saying that I should have addressed it during the time that webbattles was open, which I did, and that they can't do anything now. Seems like they just stalled.
I have screenshots but I have to organize them. They will be available shortly.
Desired outcome: 1. Stop second charge.2. No retaliation.3. All webbattles cosmetics as EARNED.
I forgot about another issue where I've had to go back and forth between them and Xbox/Microsoft because they couldn't get the accounts right. For all I know, they're charging me twice on the same account because I have an Xbox username and an Epic Games display name.
The gentleman who got me back on Crew was very helpful; no complaints about him. He was actually very helpful, and genuinely personable and caring, unlike most of the people I get to talk with.
But the display name is wrong when I play, but they just really don't care about any of this stuff.
