Epic Games review: Customer service

On the saturday 22nd february at 6:40pm I contacted epic games and said that their is a glitch in the game whitch is pissing me off as every players uses the glitch to get free kills and its unfair play for other players who aren't pussies and play normal. At 12:28am sunday 23rd they told me to report it in game for bug reports. Shortly after I told them I have reported it in game and gave the name of player I reported. They are now acting like bots and repeating themselves. They never listen to what we see. You report a bug it only send photo what you going see from photo nothing so I reported player then its a video and they can watch game play and report the player. But tell you what epic does not ban people. They do not look at bugs or glitches. Late last year epic informed me that the was going fix it next update 3 updates later and its still in game. Wpic games as poor communication skills. I want epic to pay for not listening to me. You also cant use live chat no more. Fortnite went to [censored]. Just want epic to shut down fortnight as it pisses me the [censored] off
