Water tank contract end date
I bought my own water tank after my eleven year old Enercare tank started to leak. My contract with Enercare clearly states that the contract ends when the useful life of the water heater has ended. I have been with Enercare since 2011. I bought the property and had the service of the rental transferred to my name. They started double billing by having two different accounts for the same single home address. They were sending one bill to my son and one to myself. When I complained about it, they apologized and said they will give us a credit, and they reduced it to one bill. That never happened, the credit. I gave them notice that I am moving and to stop the billing on my moving date, but they still billed me for after my move. Now, when I call, they don't ask why I am calling, they automatically put me on hold for a very long time, even on my moving date, and after waiting for 30 minutes, they hang up. I find they have no respect or consideration for people. They are dishonest and are out to take as much money from you as they can, and never pay it back... In your face, robbers, like it or not.
Desired outcome: I would like them to go out of business. Not even change their name and continue ripping people off as they have, for the longest time. The consumers are victims of this monster company. We should have rights!!
