Crothall reviews and complaints

So... From what i've read so far, I guess it can't be said that i'm not a hard worker. I've noticed a pattern of many associates being hired by crothall, getting fed up with the same crap I have to put up with, and then quitting or getting fired not too long after. I've been with the company since I believe june.

Today was the last straw for me, however. There is an utter lack of communication among our associates and between our supervisor and her associates. She favors her own little clique and then treats the rest of us like garbage. We have associates that make snide, racist, sexist remarks to or around some of the others with apparently no worry of the consequences. I'm assuming that that is because there will be none? Bogus. They goof around all day, spending much of their day texting on their cellular devices, watching television or talking with their girlfriends who also work in the building. If they can, they make every attempt they can to create more work for other associates in the process.

A few associates and myself have attempted to address these issues with the supervisor, and though it's only been a week, it seems that things will not be addressed at all. A couple of things were said, but it's always been more a slap on the wrist, and it's ridiculous when the supervisor will waste no time writing up someone not among her chosen few.

Today was my monday, basically. I had just come from two days off and had no reason to believe that anything would be different. My thursday should have been routine, as I had not been informed of any changes. Near the end of my day, another associate, one of those that are frequently causing trouble between the rest of us, asked me if i'd taken care of a task. A task that I had not been informed by this associate or my supervisor that was my responsibility.

When I responded no, I hadn't been told that this was my duty, they immediate went to the supervisor who then decided that she would reprimand me in front of other staff in the building! And then told me that it was my job to know what was going on, no matter how much I suggested that maybe, if it was so important, I would have been informed by the proper channels. i.e. The supervisor. That is her job, yes? To inform her subordinates of changes?

This isn't the first time that anything like this has happened, and from what i've read of the sort of people that are favored in this company, I doubt it will be the last.

I fully intend to begin documenting any and all issues that I feel should be addressed, beginning tomorrow morning when I return. Should these issues not be addressed by my supervisor herself, as they haven't been in the past, then I will report to human resources. If it is then not addressed, I fully intend to report the lack of ethics of this company to higher authorities on the matter.
