Coverall Cleaning Services
We pay every month to have our Church cleaned. The service is horrific. The kitchen is filthy and it smelled, and today was the last straw. I actually had to vacuum and mop most of the building myself since we have an upcoming function and it is quite embarrassing how dirty the building looks. If you look at the filthy water in the attached picture, it is quite unbelievable that he was supposedly here less than a week ago and had "cleaned" the kitchen.
The checklist they give you to sell the service lures you in and the crews that come out do not do half of what we are supposedly paying for.
We have since cancelled and will not renew but we are stuck with them for the next two months. Since the contractor knows he is not renewing, I don't even think he does anything but empty the trash each week.
DON'T USE THEM IF YOU WANT A CLEAN BUILDING.
Desired outcome: Let us out of our contract NOW so we can move on to a more professional cleaning crew.
Unprofessional franchise owner
So I was given 2 different jobs and had them taken away with no explanation or notice after I had taken time to go look at the buildings. Then later on found out the pay wasnt originally what was promised. I was only supposed to be at the 1st location a month due to distance in commute and stayed an extra month then it was considered I quit when I fulfilled my end of the contract. Communication sucked and I was never brought more supplies. They had me training other employees. I also have messages from the franchise owner telling me hes "a boss baby" and he cant fire himself. Id be happy to provide screenshots of my pay through cash app and of the conversation.
To much change back the building was pay 1300 after they take their fees out I only in up with 350
