The property at 4301 Glenford Dr, Winston Salem, NC 27107 . I own the property beside your rental. My fence is our property line. That beside my fence is your property. The area need to be cleared up from weeds that are growing in my fence that’s on your property. I would like for it to be removed before it becomes a big over growth on my fence. Tree roots / needs to be cut down
This is Erik Williamson. I live at 505 Post Oak Road, and am the next door neighbor to you property at 505 Hunters Creek Circle Madison, Ms. 39110.
I need Conrex to cut your tree down that borders my property due to the fact that the roots from that tree are growing dangerously close to the foundation and plumbing of my house.

In May of 2020 our air conditioning did not work. Maintenance came out but they did not properly insulate the attic. Dec 2020 a tree fell on our house. We performed work for Conrex property management back in September. We had several discussions around work performed. We submitted an invoice and they kicked it back on November 16th. It was then resubmitted November 21st. Our contract states a 30 day net otherwise it is a breach of contract. We have not received any payment or communication from them after several attempts.
