I signed on with the college network in 2009. I paid off the loan of the amount of 7,914.60 plus my $200 down payment. I was charge (1,920 for fees for illinois clients) I stay in mississippi to a credit union who deducted the payment directly from my checking account. Trouble is I did not using the college network curriculum at all. I want my money back...
Extorting my money with Study guides I did not need
about 2006 I enrolled in Excelsior College and was contacted by the College Network to purchase study materials. At the time I was pressured to purchase several study guides all at one time, totaling thousands of dollars. Unbeknownst to me Excelsior College and The College Network were not affiliated and these study guides that I had purchased were useless. I then terminated my dealings with The College Network after that. Then in 2021, I had my wages garnished by The College Network (I missed the court date to fight them on this because I was out of town caring for an ill family member). The garnishment was completed about 7/202 then about 8/2022 I received a letter from The College Network that they wanted to garnish my wages again for more money. I would like a full refund minus court cost and for this second garnishment to cease and desist immediately. I feel The College Network has extorted me for over eleven thousand dollars, which caused my car to be repossessed and me to almost foreclose on my house. Please help me to get my money back.

I did not do the program but paid for it.
I paid for the LPN to RN program but was unable to attend, due to personal reasons. I was told that I could get a refund if I could not attend but years later, I have not received my refund.

I am also a victim of College Network. Not too long after getting my LVN I signed up with College Network. I completely paid off my loan close to 10k because I included my testing fees. Needless to say I did not complete one course. I was never able to contact the College Network due to the fact the so called computer and or any supposed support service were conveniently unavailable send a message via email or take your chances leaving a voicemail. Only once was I able to contact financial services because I was requesting a refund in which I was told not possible.
