Chenzos Flooring & Remodeling reviews and complaints

I hired Chenzos Flooring & Remodeling to remodel my small bathroom (7ft x 3ft). Gave them the first check on 8/2/2021 to start the process. They were very unprofessional and did a horrible job. Not only did it take them 8 1/2 months to complete the job, when I finally got around to clean the new tub, not only was it discolored and had lots of scratches, but it also had a hole, which looks like a black spot from far away and was missed by everyone. Now I live on the 2nd floor, so this was a major problem for me. I called Nicholas Aversa, the owner and also one of the people who worked on my bathroom. He no longer answers my calls, I texted him about the problem a few times and his original response was he's too busy and has spent too much time fixing issues on my bathroom. Please note that his company's inept workmen made these problems in the first place.

I had to hire another company to fix my tub.
