Non payment of returned item number 4785223
I purchased this item on the 7th July 2022 and returned it a few days after. You featured two images on your site both under the same item number. One featured a square metal base and the other one featured a metal frame base. The image of the square metal base was very dark so I did not recognise it as different to the other image. It is highly unethical to feature two different images on what is supposed to be the same item. I returned the item within a few days but I am still waiting for a return of my money. My name Gail Meek and I live at 55 Peninsula Drive, Bilambil Heights NSW 2486, it was sent and returned from Guildford NSW if my memory is correctly. I paid for this item through Paypal.

We purchased this Air Fryer on 11/9/2020 it has been working reasonably except for some minor problems with the rotisserie since new, about 2 weeks ago the rotisserie rolling cage started only going for between 1 & 3 turns then stopping, we have tried it with chips in it & also empty, we don't know what could be causing the problem but have noticed the support for the free end is quite loose, we wouldn't have thought this would be a problem, so maybe it's in the workings. We should point out we have had similar problems when cooking a choke but we messed around with the rotisserie stick & got it going till the chicken was cooked.
