This item arrived faulty upon arrival. I contacted catch of the day and provided video evidence of the fault with the handset phone they had sent me. I received a message offering to refund me $10 and keep the $520 phone, I declined and said I wanted a refund and the item returned immediately. This was two weeks ago, i've sent several follow up emails with no response. The help team have done nothing to assist me and have stopped communicating entirely. I am very upset with this experience.
Desired outcome: Refund and credit for my experience and inconvenience. I should not have had to beg to have this item returned.
