March 17, 2025: On the above date a Luxman MQ-88u tube amplifier arrived with serious damage. Cost to me is $2066.00 US Dll. Including shipping. That day, March 17, 2025 I sent an Inquiry to Buyee and reported the damage and asked to start a claim. I received no answer for several days. After those three days with no response I sent Inquiries every day...
Proxy Bid Service
After two weeks of email messages sent to their Inquiries desk with NO answers I find myself here.
My successful bid in Yahoo Auction, R25030904044, was delivered damaged buy shipping to the USA.
My two week endeavor to request an insurance claim to FedEx is not acknowledged by Buyee.
In a TrustPilot response to a complaint logged on their platform Buyee says they could not reach me. FedEx confirmed no contact with Buyee and no claim initiated.
Buyee is incommunicado at this point.
Claimed loss: $3000.00 US Dollars
Desired outcome: File my claim with FedEx and contact me today!
Wrong item were shipped to me
I bought Vuitton Damier Tote Bag Azur Saleya Women's Brand Louis Vuitton Handbag auctions ID l1147340762. I was sent a different bag completely. I have sent multiple pictures of both the bags bought and bag received for comparison. I have even explained the difference between the two bags multiple times. Buyee customer support continue to send emails requesting the different between the two bags.

Seller claimed that the item is verified authentic item. After received the item, I sent for authenticity verification, the result shown that the item is fake item. Fake receipt is provided. Email to buyee but no feedback and report to buyee tenso but no actions taken. Buyee not allow buyer to claim, return or refund even its a unauthentic item. Opening...
Seller don't send the items

Seller only send one stamp n not all the stamps.
The seller is now selling again exactly the same items under id J1106594727.
Buyee customer servive told me they can't do anything saying that I didn't pay them the proper fee.
But this is obviously a cheating case.
How can buyee do nothing to investigate?
This is very irresponsible.
Desired outcome: I want the seller to sent me the items without charging any extra shipping cost. Because this is their mistake. Intentionally or not
