Buff City Soap reviews and complaints

I went into the store. I was never greeted. Made to feel I didn’t belong. Walked into exchange gift. Girl took 10 minutes to exchange the gift. I asked for a free sample. She said none today rather coldly. Didn’t say have a nice day. But they greeted two white women. They hate black people. I’ll never return because their racist an never give samples.

I'm not even sure how to word this situation. My husband Ronnie Shirley has been working through the company for nearly 6 years. 1st at Planet Fitness, now at Buff City Soap in Owensboro, KY. Last Wednesday when he arrived at work he came in to a note on his soap station from another employee, named Alex something that said "Today's Soap Maker is...THE LOVE OF MY LIFE" "time...25:8" of which he told me was written by Alex. He said he messaged Alex about the note asking if it meant what it said. Alex said Yes. Then he said Really? Then she said in Spanish, Si. Then he said Does it mean as how you wrote it? She said, No, I mean I love you as a friend and as a person. Then in confusion still, Ron asked Maddie about the note & what she thought after seeing the note & she was surprised & didn't know what to think of it. McKenna worked with Alex last Tuesday when the note was written by Alex. I have met Alex & she has been at our home. She has been on 2 out of work activities with Ron but there were other employees, managers included at the activities they attended. When Ron is messaging people when at home I am usually next to him & he shows me the messages. I have never felt any strange things about any of Ron's work mates until now. Making a note to another married employee like she did toward my husband is inappropriate & has gone too far. I have worked at may different places & employee interaction outside the workplace have always seemed to make a team work better together when they go back in the workplace. I don't believe in employees not doing things together outside of work, because I have witnessed how much better a workplace can for everyone when employees get together & do things outside the workplace. I do not believe there was any wrong doing on Alex's part or Ron's but I just wanted someone to be aware.
