Poor customer service
I went into the store. I was never greeted. Made to feel I didn’t belong. Walked into exchange gift. Girl took 10 minutes to exchange the gift. I asked for a free sample. She said none today rather coldly. Didn’t say have a nice day. But they greeted two white women. They hate black people. I’ll never return because their racist an never give samples.

Soap size
I purchased 16 bars of soap from Buff City Soap on-line. I have purchased from this company for years therefore I know the size of the soap changed but it still states it weighs the same with the sleeve it's wrapped in but it's clearly not the same. I sent the company pictures of the soap in my last shipment comparing the sleeves from a previous shipment...
Activity at workplace
I'm not even sure how to word this situation. My husband Ronnie Shirley has been working through the company for nearly 6 years. 1st at Planet Fitness, now at Buff City Soap in Owensboro, KY.
