Sewage/mail
Won't pump the septic. Instead he dug a hole at the bottom of our stairs for ours and others feces to drain into. Also... Only has 2 mailboxes for 6 trailers. After contacting post office I was told my address didn't exist. There's only 2 addresses listed here. Which tells me that he is claiming income for and paying taxes on 2 properties while actually collecting rent on 6.. That's tax fraud/evasion... Or something illegal and shady. And open sewage right outside my front door is probably illegal too and violates multiple health and sanitary codes.
Desired outcome: For him to have to get right with city, county, and state ordinances as well as pay his taxes.
Slum Lord
If you are ever looking for a rental in Chouteau / Pryor Oklahoma area do not contact this person for a rental. Bob Snodgrass is nothing more than a slum lord. These mobile home park is nothing more than a disgusting trailer Park. We recently moved to Oklahoma and were staying in Claremore while looking for a place to rent and found an ad in The Pryor...
