The company didn't provide the order on time
OMG. Don’t waste money on the website of Birthday Express. I placed the order before my son’s birthday and indicated that they needed to deliver it on time. I provided them the last day of the delivery, and the rep agreed to my conditions. The company failed and hasn’t delivered order on time. Really unprofessional, but when I have asked about the order, the rep told me that it was in process. But I already told him that I didn’t need this order. The seller didn’t react.
Worst Customer Service EVER
I received a magazine about this party supply company. I went online checked it out and it seemed to be the only company out there that had what I was looking for. My daughter's bday is next Saturday so, I ordered my stuff early. when filling out the necessary info I don't remember being asking for a billing address as well as a shipping address. I put my billing address in which is different from my shipping address click pay and moved on. I received an email today with my shipping number telling me it had been shipped but to my billing address. I tried calling in and talking to a representative and was told I needed to pay an additional $11.00 to change the address. I was livid! You would think after I spent my money with this company they would have some type of customer service ethic and try to resolve the problem without charging me an additional $11.00 come on. The shipping on the original order was only $6.00 so, I don't get it. $11.00 is half of the money I spent on the items I ordered. I am very disappointed and will be throwing everything that comes fromt this company away and letting every person I know and anybody else that will listen how much this company sucks and not to buy ANYTHING from them! I am even going to set up a blog to make sure I spread the word!
