My electric H/W heater started tripping the circuit breaker in my electrical panel indicating to me that the H/W heater elements needed to be replaced. They sent out their " plumber" to check it out. At this time he informed me that I needed a new H/W heater because it was 15 years old. He never did a resistance check on the elements, he just informed me that the water heater was not getting power.( duh).. the breaker is off.

He then informed me that I would need an electrician. He gave me an estimate for roughly $3000.00 to replace it. He then charged me $39.00 for the "assessment ". He never assessed anything.

Next day "electrician" shows up to check the breaker panel and guess what?..

He wants to sell me a whole new electrical panel and straighten out al of the "bad wiring"...wtf?...nothing wrong with my electrical panel. Another, you guessed it, $3000.00.

Gets better. Electrician dangles a new breaker in front of me and says that he would replace the old one for $1000.00. No thanks! I replaced elements myself and all is good. STAY AWAY FROM THESE VULTURES.

2 VISITS AND $40.00 LATER AND NOTHING WAS FIXED! THIEVES!
