I went to pay a bill this this company just came up. I thought I was dealing with the company I intended to deal with and was merely making arrangements online rather than over the phone. I was never told about any charge for anything. In fact I finally realized they were unable to retrieve my info and that's when I realized I wasn't dealing directly with whom I thought I was. I hung up and called directly the company I meant to work with. Then via e-mail I realized this outfit had charged me $10 and signed me up for an annual service of a monthly charge of like $70-something per month. I cancelled immediately. I hope to not have any continued problems with this company, but be aware they are sneaky and will take immediately out of your bank account. I absolutely abhor outfits like this and I would hope this saves someone else from such scammers. I'd ask for my $10 back but I already known the headache I'd have and they would probably not give me my money even though they never gave me any info or was even online with me five minutes at best. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!
