Poor service and communication
I booked this bus from george at western cape to mthatha eastern cape, even on the ticket the destination was written there mthatha but all of a sudden, we were left at east london to catch a taxi as they told us they can go to mthatha because there were few people going there. We had to pay more for the taxi because we were also charged for luggage. This is a dumb stupid bus and I would advise people to not use it. It is not reliable.

Desired outcome: THEY MUST IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE IT SUCKS. I DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME ON THE DEPARTURE STATION AND THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION.
The service is very poor
I was supposed to get a bus in pretoria Station at 11h00am at around 10h50am I received a message that there won't be a bus from Pretoria and Midrand, I must take myself to park station in joburg, the bus will leav at 13h00,though the bus was not even at the station but parked outside the station, we had to walk to the bus with old people without any help from Apm people,the bus sucks the toilet was not working when we asked the tel us about covid 19 regulations but we were never sanitised on our entry, the bus was dirty too

My brother in-law travelled yesterday he got at the pick up point on time nd the apm bus got two hours later... No communication nothing from apm bus representative... People had to make means to call the call centre nothing came up because the number was just ringing on its own no answer... What I pick up from this "apm buses" they target black people nd...
