I was a client of Ancient Mariner. I dealt with the owner, Ken Meilkejohn. He breached our contract and never finished the job for my shop's grand opening date. Ken Meiklejohn, the name behind Ancient Mariner Group is only a thief. He is using the history of the company and collecting deposits without delivering the work. He has a fictional story about Ancient Mariner and he present himself as the owner and sometimes as the president of the company. He has stolen thousands of dollars from different clients, trades and people in the industry. Please be careful with him. I lost thousand of dollars trusting this low-life!

Outstanding invoices not paid with a million and one excuses. Avoid at all costs. Beware he also operates under Spectacular Acquisitions in Vancouver.
Ancient Mariner continues to rip people off in 2015. Avoid Ken Meiklejohn at all costs. He is a con man. Stole our money too. Many are trying to find him to serve court documents. His business has moved and there is no forwarding address from False Creek, Vancouver.
this post is complete nonsense. Ancient Mariner has fabricated and installed more awnings in the lower mainland than all other companies combined.
I have a very good idea on who this poster is. The poster will soon be receiving a statement of claim for damages to my and the companies reputation.
