(Over a few years)I was pushed to sign up for several packages from a few managers...the first one who claimed that she previously worked at the singapore skin centre and give me the sincere feeling that she really care for my face problem and willing to give me a special price...but no longer, she was not there( her colleague claimed that she had transferred to other outlet, which I am not sure how true is it?) Next, another manager named Grace talked to me and persuaded me to take up the ipl course which said that it will work better for my skin. She even asked me not to give up on my skin condition & promise that will keep me update of my skin progress using the machine to scan my condition.., .but No, they did not do that even when I enquiry about it, they claimed that the machine was out of order or something cropped up...Not long ago, Grace was no where to be seen, and another lady(manager) come to me again and introduce a newest technology for my skin...i refuse but she keep pushing...Foolish of me to keep buying into their story and end up keep forking out husband's hard earned money to them...:(((
Though I must admit that, a few of their beauticians( they called themselves therapist) were quite good but they also disappearing...now left some new young girls at the branch(yew tee), they seemed inexperience and very noisy ( I always heard that chitcha loudly outside the room while I was having my session) And to be frank, i really dont see much improvement on my skin condition:((( I feel cheated & their service standard keep dropping...i dont rely trust them anymore but I still have quite a no of sessions with them...what can I do?

I feel Like Been Cheated. i make an payment for the facial package, after 2 month i really have no time for the treatment as due to work. i call up them ask for refund of my money, yet they say it cannot be refund as i only can change to get their product or carry it for my facial. i told them that the agreement that we sign never written any thing regarding of no refunded at all. and they keep telling the that the person in charge is not in, will call me to arrange . till now i still have no hear from them. why can't i have my refunded back seen i didn't use it at all. been calling them a few time yet the keep saying no refund. Is it All beauty line is like that.
