24FXM review: Scammer and fraud company 2

I have invested 13,000$ in 02/08/2017 with 24fxm company after a several calls to invest in gold, after 2 weeks I heard from friend that they are scammed and fraud company and also I check the search engine and I founds lots of people are complaining from 24fxm that they did not pay them and stolen the money, so I asked 24fxm to return my money back, they told me after 3 working days... Unfortunately they didn't and they ignore my everyday calls and block me on whatsapp.
I informed my bank after 3 days from the incident and they asked me to fill the attached application. The bank respond back after 45 days that there no case. Subject closed :( I will attached a copy of the deposit agreement.
