I did the Parimatch match offer from Revenue Universe Offerwall but when my offer was not tracked I raised a support ticket and they said Advertiser doesn't accept the Offer saying their link is not used. I have enough proof to prove that I had used their link for offer completion. Since, I had to use money to complete offer requirement I had to raise this complaint if the offer was free I would do this but I had invested money. The Offer required me to register and wager the deposit+ bonus amount which I did successfully. Below I am providing the Screenshot which shows that when the offer was clicked at that time only I received the OTP to confirm registration since mobile number is required for primary verification in parimatch. Along with the other requirements proof.
The Revenue Universe offerwall work on Central time while the clock in screenshot is in Indian Standard time, so there is a atleast 1 hour gap. In short the numbers are different but time is same.
Desired outcome: I had to invest $5 for the offer and wagered it all as per requirement with no profit. Pls reconsider the eligibility of my offer completion as per the proof.
