Reveal Suits review: Gold jacket purchased

On 2/14/2022, I submitted a check for $221.92 to RVEAL SUITS for the purchase of a gold jacket to be made. When I received the jacket, it had several major flaws. The jacket was not made based on the measurements I submitted. The jacket was too small, the sleeves were too short, the pocket was crooked, the inside lining was too big and hung below the outside material, there was stitching around the jacket that was not supposed to be there, the stitching on the school logo was unreadable and crooked, and the buttons were plastic instead of gold brass. After numerous phone calls, text messages and emails, the co-owner, Daivd Fennessey and Gracie Fennessy, the Financial Manager agreed to a full refund when I mailed the jacket back to them at an additional cost of $13.00. However, the other co-owner, Carlton Dixon was rude and obnoxious and refused to refund my money and mailed the jacket back in the same poor condition without even opening the box. There was no attempt to fix any of the flaws in the jacket. There were (8) other classmates that had issues with their jackets and when they complained, Mr. Dixon chose not to fulfill his contract obligations and would not take orders from any more classmate. In one mail, he indicated that he didn't care if I contacted the BBB or an attorney, I was not going to receive a refund and that even though he outsourced the making of the jacket to China, h was not going to make any effort to repair or remake the jacket so that it would fit.
