We were building a new home and I purchased The Luke recliner leather chair during covid . We were uncertain wether to order a second one because we were not sure if we had the room for it ..
A year later I ordered a second Luke recliner to match our first one. We received it approximately over a month ago and it is a completely a different colour and the texture of the leather is totally different. I ordered the exact same style and the same description of the leather . I could live with it being a slightly different dye lot but this is drastically different . I did call and ask if I could return it and order something more complimentary to suit what I have. They said no. I am really hoping I could get some sort of resolution with this issue. I have been a good customer and have purchase most of my furniture from your company . Could you please consider exchanging this chair for a new recliner that will match better . Thank your for your time and consideration in this matter .
Desired outcome: Is to exchange the light grey chair for a leather that is closer in colour to my original purchase .
