On January 26, 2022 I purchased two products from Restorapure Cosmetics. Both products arrived in a reasonable amount of time, however the eyedropper in the eye serum was broken and the product was unusable because of glass fragments in the bottle. I called the company at 833-664-0601and was told that a new bottle would be shipped. I waited a few weeks; nothing arrived. I called a second time and was told the same thing.

The next time I called, was on 5/24at 4:10 p.m. I spoke with "James" who assured me that the product was being shipped from the Salt Lake City UT fulfillment center to the warehouse and it would arrive via USPS in a few days. Nothing arrived. I called again on 7/20 and again spoke with "James," who stated that the product would be sent expedited shipping and I would have by the end of the month. I received nothing.

On August 1 at 2:05 p.m. I called and spoke with "Elliott." I explained the situation and requested a refund. After placing me on hold, he came back on the line and offered me TWO bottles of the product. I said that I wasn't interested in the product anymore and requested a refund. He placed me on hold again and came back on the line and said he would send me a partial refund and a bottle of the product. I told him that I wasn't interested. I just wanted a refund. He offered me a partial refund and two bottles of the product. I told him that I would consider it if the money was put into my account immediately. He put me on hold a third time, then came back and said that the gateway to my bank was closed and I would have to call them to have it reopened. I asked him to send me a check, he said that he couldn't do that because "IT HAS BEEN TOO LONG SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED!'

Same here tried to call and the number was no longer in service never got my money-back
