I ordered "Oils" through these 3 different businesses not knowing they were connected and all out of China! I didn't receive any of the products and when I e mailed the companies I was told the products were delivered and given tracking number (which all that did was give me the date they were supposedly delivered!) I emailed back and informed them they were NOT delivered and I wanted a refund through PayPal. I also submitted a dispute through them. I have since learned that in Paypal "Community" they are well aware of the problems with no merchandise received... WELL AWARE, but keep denying claims! All of these places are open on Facebook I believe also, but no one closes them or refuses to do business with them! Shame on PayPal and Facebook. This is all overseas and a continuous SCAM!
Desired outcome: I would like PayPal to return my monies!!

Thank you. People need to raise this problem to an upper level. Paypal seems to support scammers or the opposite, scammers seem to work with Paypal.

These actions need to be reported to a Police Department. My package reported as shipped from China, but actually shipped from an US address, a warehouse in Washington State. I mentioned this to Paypal and sent evidences. Paypal provided me an address from China. I am planing to send it back to were it came from and use the same traking number for return. Sending it to China, an address that partially matches in Google Maps, not a confirmed, valid address might definitely show a lost item, and result into NO REFUND guarantee from PAYPAL. Do not mention what crazy policies China has when shipping. Stay away from China sellers.
Paypal, used to be known for security of your money. Unfortunately NOT anymore. Paypal does not guarantee your money back!
This just Happened to me, I ordered the oil and immediately cancelled it realizing it might be a scam. I have researched them under lots of names that came up. Including Hazellime, Tumblecat and this one, we are on of course, Resilient Media Pte Ltd, I noticed there is actually another company with this same name. Located in Singapore so I wonder if this is how the actual company makes their money? or has the one in Singapore's name been stolen? See photos below.

No, unfortunately ! Paypal just says you have a tracking number and it shows delivered! I have emailed additional info on my dispute from places such as "Scamwatcher" SHOWING them the different complaints from all over with the SAME problem! They just close the dispute! I have no more faith in Paypal. What I do NOW is if I come across a website that interests me for some reason, I check them out on the internet and 95% of the time, it's a scam or there's no info about the website etc. I'm sorry you had the same problem. ALWAYS check to see if the web address has https:// so that it is legit. Good Luck!
