According to your letters and our phone conversation, I wish to
notify you on an order ofregistration of workers.
To begin with it is necessary to send me the complete set of
documents for each candidate for selection - CV with a photo and the
detailed description of an operational experience and skills
+references(experience letter) (one or two) from last places of work
on corresponding speciality + a copy of the passport for trip abroad
(page with a photo and the adjusting data) + a diploma (certificate)
copy on a speciality for skilled workers. After consideration of
questionnaires and references candidates, I shall send to you scanning
signed Job Offer on the selected candidates. They should sign them,
scan and you send back to us.
After that it is necessary to send me following documents on each candidate:
1. Colour photos on a light background.
2. Diplomas or certificates in a speciality translated into
English, notarially certifid ( for unskilled workers it is not
required ) or/ and characteristics from a work place on corresponding
speciality from the employer (references, experience letter/s) in
English.

For unskilled worker it is enough to send me by E-mail:

1. Copy of passport.
2. Color photo on a light background.
3. CV.

Total cost of our services makes 1200 EURO for the person.

After reception and check of documents of your workers by us, if
all will be - Ok, we inform you on necessity of remittance of payment
for registration in amount 400 EURO for each worker. We expose to you
the invoice and you pay it.

After reception of documents and remittance we begin the issue
process in Department of Work of Poland for reception work permit.

After end of documents registration process you will pay 400 EURO
for each worker and receive from us documents for each worker.

When documents will be received by you, they should be submitted
to the nearest consular department of embassy of Poland (for you it’s
the consular department of embassy of Poland in New Delhi in India or
for some citizens of India, who live in the South-West and South of
the country - the consular department in Bombay) together with other
documents of workers in case Poland. Your workers will receive
initially working visa for 12 months for work in Poland. After that
you remit to us rest amount - 400 EURO for each worker.

Then workers fly to Warsaw, where we meet them, we take them to a
place of work and accommodate them in the rented apartments or in
working hostels. Next day workers sign the annual contract and, start
to work.

Such is at us an order of realisation of employment of workers.

P.S. In attachment I send you our questionnaire for workers.
When we receive the complete sets documents of your workers by
E-mail I give you bank account details, and you make the remittance in
amount – (quantity of workers) x 400 EURO = ….. EURO. We shall start
the process for first group only after we receive full remittance for
them, because we prepare folders for each worker and submit for Labor
Department the whole group in one day ( if the group is not more than
30 person's ).

My staff need some days time after I have scan complete sets
documents of workers and remittance come to prepare folders with
documents for each worker for submitting in Labor Department and to
make necessary state payments for registration. After submitting it
takes at us usual [protected] days to receive Work Permits (but
not more then 30 calendar days according Polish legislation). ( For
example, you may count - yesterday on Friday 18th February we have
submit the group of workers in Labor Department and have received the
term of reception to 17 March - so, 27 days ) We have 4 submitting
days - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. So, in total it take about
month time.

As we have Work Permit's in hand's - we shall send the scan copies
to you by E-mail and you remit the amount - (quantity of
workers) x 400 EURO = ….. EURO. After we receve the remittance,
we send work permts to you by DHL.
Then you submit the complete sets documents in consulate, the
worker's receive one year working visas, and you will pay the rest 400
EURO per person. After that, they fly to us and we accept them.

From the end of December the labor department give us the Work
Permits at once for 1 year and 5 month.
