On Nov 3, 2023 around 4 pm at the Little General store on 1062 McClellan Hwy., Harts WV 25524 I purchased a box of Gambler 200 regular king size cigarette filters. I have been purchasing these tubes for almost 3 years now and this is the first time I’ve had issue with what I assume is a defect in manufacturing. I was having problems getting a cigarette tube to fill completely with tobacco & first thought was rolling machine going bad but after more than 12 hours of aggravation & spending an hour just to get 10 cigarettes rolled, I noticed the problem was the filter on the inside on the tubes was only half size of what it should be leaving a space that caused tube not to completely fill up with tobacco. I got so frustrated after realizing the tubes were no good that I went back to the same Little General store at 9am & I purchased a new box & when I got home & tried to roll some cigarettes & had same problem as before & the new box of tubes were defective too. I went back to the same little General store about a half an hour later & I all employee could do is offer to let me exchange the bad tubes for the same brand & type of Gambler tubes but since this would make my third time coming to the Little General just for tubes I decided to avoid any more headaches & I purchased tubes from a different brand. I am uploading several pics so that you can see what the problem is with the tubes & I hope the pics provide what you need to fix this problem.

Claimed loss: $8.00

Desired outcome: Have better quality control I guess I don’t know manufacturing process but I know if I got 2 defective boxes of tubes there are others out there.
