Rental Car at Budget Intercontinental Airport review: Full refund of $60

I booked a rental car at Budget IAH via Costco Travel for appr. $450. I returned the car timely, full of gas and within the terms of the contract. I am overcharged $60 as fuel charge.

This is not the first time that Budget at IAH has overcharged me and in the past i have proof that they have refunded me money after multi-month complaining via Costco Travel.

I believe Budget at IAH has made it a business model to cheat on customers
