Renos By Us a tradename registered by 12696355 Canada Inc. and Icon Concrete review: Nothing is done after paying the full amount/partially done - icon concrete

I have contacted one ad on FB marketplace under Concrete Driveway and the account holder is Danielle Morrone. I met with Frank of Icon Concrete, Danielle Morrone's husband on March 20, 2022. At first we only wanted our front walkway, sidewalks and the stairs of our back door done. When I mentioned to Frank that we also wanted our shed repaired, he said that he knew someone who he partnered with him for five years. Whenever he has a client, he offered also his services such as garage building, building fences, home renovations, etc. So he said instead of repairing the shed, why not build a new garage where it will last for years and showed some photos. He introduced to me, Miguel dos Santos. Frank measured around and ended up with the cost of cementing of front walkway, sidewalks and the fixing the back stairs in the amount of $10k. He wanted us to pay cash so we can save for the GST. I paid Frank the 10k. He called Miguel dos Santos and asked regarding the cost of building the garage. He said it will cost us $10k in building new garage with one garage door infront, etc. Miguel came to our house with Frank on March 26, 2022 where I handed 10k. He gave me a proposal and contract where he put in a deposit of $8700 but instead I gave him the full payment because we wanted to finish it sooner. Frank started the work on the sidewalks and the backdoor stairs. He recommended not to cement the right sidewalk instead just put small rocks so when we have our fence done, it will be easy to install and not to problem removing the cement which we agreed. In the middle of the cementing, Frank suggested if we wanted to have two-automatic doors at the back and to build a pergola. He called Miguel and ask for the price and he said additional 3k and Frank told me that the pergola with roof will cost 2k. So we agreed on the price and handed the money to Miguel who came back in the afternoon of March 28, 2022 and handed him 5k. So in total we paid 25k of work, 10k for cementing the front walkway, sidewalks and the shed and the back door stairs which contracted by Frank and 15k for the building of garage and the pergola to Miguel. After following up with Miguel when to expect the building of the garage, he keeps on promising different dates but he never showed up at all. Frank wasn't able to finish the front walkway because according to him, the soil is frozen. He made so many promises as well that he will come back. Up to this time, we expect him to be here today, August 18th to finish the front walkway but he did not show up. The day is not over yet hoping that he is a man of honor. If I can file a complaint against Frank of Icon Concrete also so he finish all the pending work to be done. We no longer want Miguel dos Santos of Renos By Us to do our garage instead we want our money back in the amount of 15k and for Frank to finish the cementing of the walkway, the backyard and the shed. I am hoping that you can help me with this problem. It's more than four months of following up but get nothing except stress and sickness because of Frank delay of work and for Miguel not showing up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
