This place is really good for declaring your pet as a service animal. I got two cats that I use as therapy cats, and now I don't gotta stress about paying some fancy apartment service fee as long as I show 'em my paperwork. These kitties go with me wherever I go, no matter what the rules say. This company is honest and true, ya know? I'd totally recommend 'em. They're the real deal.

The whole process was really easy. The people there are super friendly and accommodating, which is really nice to see nowadays. I needed to register my dog and had a few questions. They helped me with everything I needed and suggested what would be the best option for me.

I think there was someone else pretending to be me, but I can't prove it. Anyway, I just want to take this time to let everyone know that my first review wasn't mine. Even if it was, I wouldn't have said it like that. Dealing with Ann is like dealing with a family member. She really loves her job, and for that, I truly appreciate her. Again, the first message of mine is fake. If I could, I would give her a 10. I'm going to give her a five for excellence and five more just for my apology. She truly deserves it, and she earned my respect. I trust her 100%. You can reach her at my service dog in Arizona. The number starts with ***155. I bought two service dog tags from Register My Service Animal, and the price included the cost of postage. When the tags arrived, I was disappointed to find out that they were not delivered to me because there was a postage fee of $4.25 that needed to be paid. I immediately reached out to the owner via email and even sent him a copy of the post office notice, hoping he would resolve the issue. However, to my dismay, he refused to either call the post office or cover the postage fee. He kept insisting that he had already put enough postage on the package.

So here I was, having paid a total of $78 for the tags, but not actually having them in my possession. The post office ended up returning the packages to the owner, and I had to go through a tedious process with Paypal to secure my refunds. It was quite a hassle, but thankfully, I eventually managed to get my money back.

It became evident to me that the owner lacks a proper understanding of postage rules. He seems to believe that simply using a postage service guarantees smooth delivery without any additional fees. I tried to explain to him that if he were to send anything metal in an envelope instead of a box, extra postage would be required. However, he stubbornly refused to acknowledge the situation or take any action to rectify it.

In my opinion, this owner is not competent enough to run an internet business that heavily relies on the post office for delivering merchandise. It is crucial for someone in his position to have a solid grasp of postage regulations and ensure that customers receive their orders without any unnecessary complications. Unfortunately, my experience with Register My Service Animal left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I wanna start off by sayin' that I'm really impressed with this Register My Service Animal website. They seem real professional, ya know? But lemme tell ya, I had a bit of a hiccup with my stepfather throwin' away all my important papers. It's a whole mess, but I ain't gonna get into all them details right now. All I want is to get my hands on them 2 dog IDs for my chihuahua, Bella Viola, and a service dog tag to put on her collar. Oh, and I need them service animal papers and an invoice too.

Now, here's where things got a little mixed up. The IDs they sent me said Bella Marie instead of Bella Viola. That's a big ol' mistake, ain't it? But hey, we all make mistakes, right? Once they fix this mess, I promise I'll write another review and give 'em a solid five-star rating for bein' so professional and understandin'. I mean, who am I to hold a grudge, ya know?

I gotta mention that I live in Massachusetts, while this place I'm dealin' with is in Scottsdale, Arizona. That's like a three-hour time difference, man. So, I reckon that might be part of the reason why things got a little mixed up. But hey, once they sort it out, they'll definitely earn that perfect five-star rating from me. And if y'all are wonderin' whether or not to use this place, let me tell ya, you won't have no problems at all. Trust me, I'm speakin' from experience.

So, to wrap it all up, I'm givin' this place a three outta five for now. But once they fix this whole ID mix-up, they'll be gettin' that shiny five-star rating from me.
