Regions Bank in Bryant Arkansas review: Manager asking about what I have in my safe deposit box

I was in the Regions branch in Bryant Arkansas on Friday July 15, 2022 trying to access my safe deposit box. I was told that I was not an owner on this box which my husband and I have had since about 2008. I have been in this box on numerous occasions and now that he had recently passed away I was told I could no longer access this box. The account was opened with both of us and I am the only living survivor along with being the spouse. A death certificate was still provided for convenience and we were adding a name to the account. The branch employee was doing as he was instructed however I asked to talk to a manager and they had to get Kandy Pennington from another branch on the phone with me and she proceeded to tell me the same that I was only a signer on the box. After a longer conversation and me requesting them provide proof that we signed up for this box with me only being a signer. Kandy asked me "What is in the box that you need to get out" which of course I was taken back and said excuse me. I know that it is illegal of her to ask me that. She stated I know I am not suppose to ask but I am curious. I was later that afternoon granted access to the box and an email sent from a Regions lawyer stating I was an owner.
