Gday. know this is a US based site but I imagine the entire industry is premised on a scam. After feeling ripped off after buying premium membership, I conducted some research on this adult dating website called Redhotpie. Its a scam and I have the proof. (Believe me, I have 20 years experience as a Systems Analyst)

1. go to this scamming website www.redhotpie.com.au and set up a user eg "Hunky Guy" in the write up make him out to be a Brad Pit kind of bloke that girls can't resist - Make the guy sound like some sort of sensitive caring new age kind of dude, I even used a photo of an hot lookin' actor from overseas. Just Remember the options you click for this guy.

2. Now set up a second user eg "Geek Man", in the write up make this dude as unappealing as yo can, I used the eg of the 40 year old virgin who still lives with his mum. Now for the important bit, make sure all the clickable options for the 2 stooges you set up are exactly matching.

3. Each night you open up 2 internet explorer windows and log each stooge onto Redhotpie and leave them signed on for a couple of hours.

What you'll notice is that EXCACTLY the same chicks look at each stooges profile. Whether he is God's gift to women or the dork who works in the IT area they get visited by the same babes.

4. Also, send a flirt to the same obvious fake female profile (there are also a few fake couples but many more fake females) and just wait a few days until both these accounts receive the same reply flirts at the SAME time. Now that my friends is confirmation of a scam. Redhotpie is a Scam, pure and simple. If you do not want to get scammed, avoid Redhotpie.
Reports them to fair trading bodies. Write you opinion on sites like this and other scam registrees and the product review. Do not let these *******s get away with this and basically steal money form your pocket.

There's a bit more about the RedHotPie scam here as the ACC are taking action http://www.accc.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/900716

RHP have been caught conning people into paying for membership by creating fake profiles and sending bogus messages, the claim that "These profiles were used as part of the site's User Security Suite (USS)" is quite honestly a joke and I do hope that the ACC see it as that and takes action against the sites owners.

The owners of RHP also purchased a UK site sometime back fabswingers.com I suspect that this will go the same way, in the meantime some of the claims they make on the site are quite amazing considering the RHP scam, here's a couple of my favourites;

"FabSwingers is free to use with no charges or subscriptions getting in the way" (they have silver and gold memberships, so not quite true)

"We think so-called "recurring billing" is sneaky and we'll never do it." (Amazing all things considered, this appears on their upgrade page)

There are some good sites out there that don't use these underhand tactics, it would be a shame if they were all tarred with the same brush due to the RHP scam, sdc.com seems to be pretty good although you have to pay, or if you want something thats really free I'd go for either plentyoffish.com or swingersheaven.com.au

ANTI-SCAM EASY TO USE SAVE TIME, MONEY & HIDE ID CREDIT CARD
Hello my new friend,
FIRST: you have to go to Google or Yahoo and search the URL from the dating site; do not write all URL, only e.g. datingmelalala.com, .net, .org etc. Google, Yahoo they good reference and search everywhere about your dating site. TRY IT…
On GOOGLE or YAHOO, if you find just one complaint SCAM, read very carefully what the other post says about this dating site. Many time you find no scam and it’s a scam, WHY, because lot of dating sites, they are all connected and wrote only good things e.g. secure free scam etc… Please read where comes from the post.
CREDIT CARD SAFE. You can buy to your bank or any bank a credit card for Traveling or for Gift, maximum deposit on this kind of credit card up to $500.00. You don’t have to give any name or address even they ask you. It’s a real Credit Card for Hotel, renting car or buying anything (MasterCard or Visa for the other credit card I never try). Cost of the card $2.00 up to $5.00 Maxi. If you make a registration in Dating Site and refuse this kind of card, it’s a real SCAM.
YOU MAY USE a Proxy Server; I had one for years and the entire proxy server are from Europeans Universities, free server and fast server for $6.00. Search for JAP or JonDo. 100% secure.
ANOTHER TIPS: If you receive a Wink or a Letter or your Friend, Buddies etc… in your dating mail, go to look if this person has been visited you to; “ Who viewed me ”, if the name is not present, it’s anther real scam.
NEVER WHAT SO EVER SEND ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY EVEN $1.00

My own personal experience with Redhotpie is that it is a total fraud.

Every dating site will inevitably attract it's share of scammers, but i am now convinced that RHP is just one big scam.

End of story!

This site well and truly deserves to be shut down!

REDHOTPIE is a SCAM

All dating sites will have some scammers, some more than others, even good sites which have good validation systems in place to keep members real will have the odd scammer on board but it's much rarer.

RedHotPie deserve to be shut down!, It's not because they have scammers, but because RedHotPie is knowingly and deliberately doing the scamming. It's RedHotPie that are instructioning there staff to create fake profiles, and send fake messages in order to deceive and rip off it's members.

The ACCC don't just randomly take companies to court unless they can win and they always win. RedHotPie have been under investigation for 1.5 years, you can bet the ACCC has overwhelming evidence of misconduct & fraud by RedHotPie

No doubt the ACCC would of made other investigations on other Australian dating sites at the same time (not foreign because the ACCC has no authority on foreign owned sites) and found them to be operating honestly.

REDHOTPIE are a thorn in the dating industry and give a lot of the honest sites a bad name.

The ACCC (Australian fair trading mob) is taking them to the Federal Court and allege they have created their own profiles of women to use on their website and then used the girls to send messages! I knew it! They have been printing their own money by praying on consumers!

Guys upgrade, like me, thinking they are getting messaged by these hot ladies and they are all just fake and created by the RedHotPie people. The court forms say nearly one and a half THOUSAND fake girls! Probably hundreds in each city!

Somehow the ACCC found out and they have gone to court to bust them. See http://www.accc.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/900716

Spread the word! I am certainly going to be avoiding RedHotPie. If what is alleged by the ACCC is true then what a sham they and the directors McGuire and Semaan are. I don’t think the ACCC would just make stuff like this up.

I bet they just start another website and rip people off anyway. The company name they are trading according to a website ownership search under is “Jetplace Pty Ltd”. BEWARE OF REDHOTPIE!

sure, there are fake profiles just like most of these sort of sites... but also just like other sites there are plenty of genuine people there.. unfortunately, this is the world we live in... but don't bag a perfectly good site just because you had a bad experience when there's plenty of us that get a lot out of it.

cheers..
