Redcellardoors review: I doubt that I'll get this product 1

I ordered tablet and Redcellardoors charged me. I received no confirmation e-mail and site says still processing 4 days later. I wrote to the support e-mail and got some answer on bad English about a holiday that they observed 2 weeks ago. I doubt that I'll get this product and by the looks of all these other complaints if I do it will be broken and arrive a month later.
