Red Rooster Foods review: Total rip off - disgusting behavour on red reward points owing

Went to Bass Hill Red Rooster, Jan did not scan my rewards card after spending $74.10 which would be $3.71 into my rewards amount.

After paying her and realizing she did not scan I mentioned to her and she said oh sorry next time.

When I wrote to them she offered me 10% off next time I am there. That is not good enough as if I spend $10 I get $1 off - total rip off. They owe me $3.71.

I asked her to be fair and just provide what she owes me which is $3.71 and Now being totally ignored.

Not happy with attitude and not doing the tight thing - will advise everyone to avoid Bass hill. I have spent lots of money there and it will be my very last time I go there. Disgusting
