I have already made a previous complaint, left unresolved. Resorted to legal assistance and I would like to warn anyone considering using this company not to waste your money, lots of it or time! Not only have they scammed myself, they have also defaulted on the agreement the lawyer had made with them to return some of my money and follow thru with payments of things I had balready payed for. With that said, I know this will be public and I hope no one is as desperate as I was for help to consider using Record Removal Canada. I will be forced to sue from this point on. I am more than disappointed having given them ample time to comply. and I will not let this go, so court it is then. Thanks Mina Varelli for a job not done!
I also have been waiting for them to finish my file now for 2 years and counting. The last conversation I had was with Mina and she was dismissive and rude. Through our previous conversations I was getting impatient with how long they were taking to get anything done. 14 months and all they did for me was send me to get my fingerprints done. I had said to her I was going to contact my lawyer to see what my options where, as we had payed them in full and for expedited service, I was assured the process would be complete in a year. I had to go and get my USA waver myself or I would have missed being there for my ill father before he past. Do not use their service they are scammers.
I am going through the same thing with them I am going to file a complaint after reading all this. This is my second company that I will be taking to Court.i paid everything upfront good thing I kept records from my Bank Account

Amazing how all of a sudden in July 2023, you are replying to all these verified complaints, since you realized you have several complaints, since 2022. Once again, you are being investigated, and I hope you finally get what you deserve, nothing!
Hey everybody, don't believe a word these fraudsters say, and do not pay them as you will be greatly overcharged. Do it yourself, call the Parole Board of Canada directly and they will help you with all the forms for approximately $250, not thousands of dollars!

You're not even a client, I went through the database, and we have no Jeffers, and this is not a certified website you can post here without even being verified and it's funny you're the only one answering these complaints. Have the investigator give me a call I would be happy to speak to them but I'm guessing not as this is either a made-up name or you're with another company. This complaints board at the bottom of search results so no way for anyone to see unless they go all the way down, and again this is not a verified business board at all just a regular company you can post on without any verification on purchasing a service. Best of luck with the investigator my Ext is 500 and my name is Brian. (Real name Ms. Jaffers?). Also, funny this site said verified customer? I work here how am I a verified customer too pretty odd? Your comment about the Parole board charging $250.00, the Parole Board of Canada charges nothing but the Gov fee of $50.00 so $250.00 where on this earth did you get that number. Again, Ms. Jeffers, why don't you post your review on BBB so I can see who you are? Maybe the problem is on the BBB you actually have to prove you're a client. You sound like you're from Pardons Ca as that's their fee structure $250.00. I'm also still waiting for the investigator to call me or even anyone at the company you've been here since 2022 it's now 2024 two years on an investigation for a company in Toronto and Vaughn who exactly is investigating? Not the Police, we deal with them every day. Again, I totally believe you are from another company as you're the only one using fake names to hide behind, I at least know why but we will leave that one alone. No, you cannot do a Pardon for $250.00 dollars. No, the PBC will not do the pardon for you for that cost or any cost as they do not provide a service to do your Pardon. The PBC charges a total of $50.00 you also need fingerprints that's more than $50.00 you also need court documents that also more than $50.00 you need a police check also more than $50.00 and I guess you can save money on mailing cost and use regular mail but I wouldn't suggest to do that so if you use a courier like any normal business would do that's also more than $50.00. You're probably hiding your details for liability issues, I understand. On the US Waiver side, you're saying it's only $585 USD? because I'm sure you are aware you also need all the listed documents above to do a US Waiver as well the $585 USD is only the GOV fee. You should reach out to the company if you really are a client ask for myself Brian or just call admin and ask for a refund if nothings been done, they will reverse it. I'm guessing though we won't hear from you.

Something should have been done years ago. Their fraud has continued for years. Now they are changing their toll free number and web site.
They are using the Canadian Flag and I was told they work for the government.

We got your pardon for you so please if you have complaints, complain that is your right as a consumer but do not make up stories. I know your file and who you are and you are not being honest here. You also used a lot of derogatory name calling towards admin such as "Pussycat" which is very rude to reference a lady as such and also derogatory, again you received your Pardon we completed it. Regarding all the listed places you mention, we did receive contact from them, and no problems or issues were found.
I am in the same sinking boat, unfortunately. Can anyone let me know if they have gotten some results yet, or how you resolved this issue?
I too am a victim of these losers praying on desperate people. I had first started with colt theodore and I found him to be incompetent. He made a lot of mistakes in just sending me to get my fingerprints done. I had asked to talk to someone else and had wanted to back out. I was then handed off to the mean lady Mina. She strongarmed me and was quite a bully to me. This all happened in 2019. I have been fighting with her and demanding my money back. One time she told me all she could refund me was maybe $200 out of 1200 I paid. They hadn’t even done anything because they never told me they were emailing me a package from a James Bertrand. Someone I had never talked to ever. This package has ended up in my junk mail and I never found it for almost a year. These people don’t know their head from their own rear end. I will testify for anyone in this chat to bring these losers down. I would like to get my money back. At first I tried finding reviews on them and I never found all these complaints, but what I DID find was Mina and colts name plastered all over the dirty.com in the Ontario part of it. It was not good for them what people that dated them had to say. These people are not only scammers in business but apparently they scam people they date. Ouch guys. These people are the scum and bottom feeders of this earth. I know I’ll probably never get my money back. But if any of you can take these fool down please do so and report back to all of us. My name is Brian. I looked up the dirty.com looks to me it's about cheating wives? not business. No one has ever been scammed and we have completed many pardon and US Waiver applications if you caontact our admin department we can look into your issue.
I looked into your file and your file is also complete, but you must sign and send the last documents in we emailed it to you 5 times. You also spoke to a rep last week and was told we can mail it back to you if you don't want us to submit it for you but no, we cannot offer you a refund as the application is complete and only needs to be submitted. We have all your courts documents and police records and depositions. You need to sign the last paperwork send to you as stated 5 times or we can mail everything back to you and you can submit it yourself. That complaint about the dirty website (odd place) has zero to do with our company.
Record Removal Services are nothing but crooks. They stay in contact until they have all your information and then they ghost you. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY! I think they hold your info hostage...

As I have been advised by the Anti-Fraud Centre & Parole Board of Canada - do a review on the BBB website, they are on there (not accredited of course) listed under Provincial Pardon & Waivers Services Inc.; aka Record Removal Services Inc.; and 2454108 Ontario Inc. so add your complaints/ reviews/ updates, along with all the rest of the innocent trusting people who were taken by the Devious Duo!

Where he uploaded my documents I can’t get into the states two years later and my partner dying of 4 the stage terminal mestas colon stomach liver lung cancer and is going to travel to Arizona from Canada for treatment to hopefully add a little more time of life I have to stay home my files so bad. Had it been one proper application I could have brought my documents to border control and got through now i can’t as 5 applications have been made it’s gonna take a cpl yrs to sort it all out. My lawyer is on it. Suing for 10,000$ for the waste of time very poor. Service

Tamara pollon called Kolt yesterday I have the text and messages to show he called three times and and left two messages the US wants more information on your convictions as they did not accept your explanation and wanted more detail you DID not pay 3900 for a waiver so coming on the internet and make up stories doesn’t help your situation and why would you say Brian is Kolt or Kolt is Brian lol Kolt ext was changed as was moved to a different dept. anyways you called and asked Kolt for help then you wouldn’t let him in to fix it.
I recently had access to her application as she called in for help. Go figure after all the nice stuff she said. Anyways her rep has screenshots which I can post if the client allows showing there is no issue with her file and it was the client who started multiple files on the ESAFE portal and the email she received was about the extra applications being closed as her application was PAID and Submitted by her REP. So no border guy was laughing at her because it never happened and the US Embassy also has nothing to do with her file its a CBP issue so that was also untrue.

Your wrong about everything the pardon is not $250.00, and the cost is subjective such as what if you have 3 convictions vs 1 or 7 or 2 and police checks you need for every address you lived in for the last 5 years so how much would it be if you needed more than 1? Also are the fingerprints free? Also, it's not only 5 years it can also be 10 years. Come on MS Jaffers don't give people bad information at least be truthful. When you hire someone are they doing the work for free? Are these things all done for free? And the US Waiver 585 USD is that all you have to pay? You don't need to collect anything else for the US Waiver? You are hiding behind a fake name and fake complaints board why don't you go to BBB.org and put your complaint there on a real organization so I can see who you are? I'm guessing you're not real or another company propagating fake information. That's ok I have no problem to continue responding to you here as well. Have a great day!
Hello , it’s been nearly 2 years since I have heard back from this company . I have been attempting to contact via phone via email for the past little bit . We demand an either refund or an update of what is going on . We will go legal if this persists. All funds are paid and service needs to be fulfilled . Contact me ASAP either via email
