I attended the Summit on 29/11 and paid for a training. After realising that their course would be outside of my time zone, I requested immediately a cancellation or refund. They told me the refund was processed and it will take 7-10 days to reflect into my bank account.
Up to now, I still haven't received my refund and have been sending follow up emails over again and again. However, they are not responding nor issuing me a refund.
This platform should be banned from operating as they are scammers for me.
Please kindly investigate and assit me in this matter.
