Real Property Management Empire review: Unauthorized charges applied to my rent and mold resulting in staying elsewhere

I am renting a home for $2,700 I am somehow being charged $2,737.50. When I asked the property manager what the extra $37.50 fee was he said it was for a "benefits package". I did not authorize this charge it is no where identified I will be charged this fee. I asked him to remove the charges and he said he would not but will not charge me in the future. I have not received any of these "benefits" of this charge and was billed twice. He has a serious attitude problem and I put in service calls, requests through the online portal for two weeks as my household became ill from mold. I had to pay for a mold test ($324) and he claims to have emailed me when he did not about it. I moved into the home that was not cleaned and made my family sick. This has been a complete nightmare and time consuming constantly following up with trying to get a response out of him. Finally it was determined once he also got a mold test done that there was mold. I was unable to stay at the house for at least half of August because the mold was making me sick.
