Over the past few months I have had numerous complaints about RDI Model & Talent and specifically about the conduct of Trevor Goble and Brian Markle (aka Alex Markle). I don't know why people write what they write and perhaps it maybe out of anger or frustration. To whether or not the company didn't pay a creditor is not relevant to the services provided. Personally they have shown me with respect and have delivered far more then want I originally thought. They address my complaint efficiently and upgraded my services as a clear demonstration of good customer service.
I have read many complaints on many modeling agencies and not one ever looks at the good. There are many legit agencies in Ottawa and I can say RDI is legit. Its no wonder this company may be going through financial difficulties if everyone is out there slandering the agency, an agency that is there to represent them. For all of those who chose to slander them without having the facts at hand, SHAME ON YOU and you should be embarrassed.
Yes they have creditors like all companies but I have spoken to most of their creditors and they all indicated that they are paying them all though be it slowly but they have taken responsibility for the debt and continue to pay what they can. The modeling industry for what I can establish is no easy business but RDI has always taken their clients seriously.

Obviously the Ottawa Police has considered the matter not a fraud at all because if it was they would have pursued the matter.
I know Hung Le and the work he did for RDI. He has taken complete credit on Model Mayhem on work he performed. Clearly the work he has performed for RDI has given him stature in the model field. Metor, LouLou. Flair and Hello Magazines where his work is found...you can't by that publicity with money. Hung Le also submitted invoices that were higher then the charges in order to establish to the models that they were getting a higher package then what was requested. Isn't that a fraud? Lastly he took various nude photographs of models for which once RDI learned of it they terminated his contract and rightfully so.

A copy of the full page add that was in Flare last year advertising the wares of RDI will also be provided to the police for the investigation.
Not a lie, but a point...but I am not concealing my identity. Am I scared ... no because I know for a FACT I have not done anything to anyone with intent.
What's wrong Mr. Goble? You seem to be scared. Oh and by the way, nice try trying to convince us that your name was Robert before, just shows another lie.

Hello, I am putting together evidence to prosecute Brian Markle a.k.a. Alex Markle as well as Trevor Goble. The two have been involved with RDI Model and Talent, X-Model management, Elliott and Browne Consulting, and possibly even more unknown business fronts. I myself have fallen victim to their scams and am also putting together a class-action lawsuit in addition to aiding the investigation for prosecution. Bottom line is you can call me or email me...if I don't know you problem then how can it fixed...at the end of the day...you obviously have a complaint and a problem that is driving you for justice...how can justice be sought if you are not at least specific on the problem
If you are not a photographer affect then your comment is not your concern and you don't have the complete facts...you may have some and yes at the beginning there was financial problems but this part I do know ... the company changed policies and prepaid for photowork or had the models pay the photographer direct ...

That is complete ###. How about ripping off your photographers with bouncing cheques? Since the BEGINNING. I've heard horror stories of early on photographers of your "business" and they all have the same story. Destroying their credit and ripping them off.
THE DOWNFALL OF
RDI MODEL and TALENT
RDI Model and Talent Corporation was conceived by CEO Trevor M Goble and Director Brian Alex Markle in 2009. The conception was to change on how modeling agency conduct business. The industry is latent and plagued with unscrupulous individuals who simply tax large amounts of money and really do absolutely nothing.
Then there are those agency that will take the money and provide the minimum. RDI began with an open door concept. Allowing models to come and go, provide close and private training, link them with photographers that offer substantial savings on portfolio's.
RDI was a fun environment. From time to time RDI would have friendly competition amongst their models with cash and prizes being given away. RDI prizes would include fifty dollar sears gift cards, twenty five dollar petro canada gas cards, visa gift cards, power tools, stereo's, makeup and cash.
The most common complaint at the beginning was the location was too small and reaching someone was difficult. RDI purchased and paid for a eight thousand dollar telephone system that would easily allow our clients to get connected to a representative either live or by a simple push of a button.
Then RDI moved from the east end of Ottawa to Orleans to a moderate increase floor space where models can practice is a separate and dedicated room while business could continue to be conducted in another.
The reception area was improved by offering private seating and a cozy fireplace to give a “home” feeling. RDI then began to plan for the future by introducing an acting program.
Shannon Lawson and well known and well endorsed actress promises to bring the acting program to life. However due to commitment failures the acting program began to struggle and clients became upset with management.
Management consistently attempted to correct the problems that seemed to plague the acting program and because of such dedication to correct the modeling side of the company began to slumber resulting in clients being left to the wayside.
In an attempt to bring the model program back on track RDI brought in people to specifically deal with client service at a cost of fifty dollars per hour. For the first few months clients seemed to respond positively to the efforts and management firmly believed that the modeling program was finally getting back on track.
The acting program would then be terminated by RDI on the condition that Shannon Lawson would continue to operate the program and take full responsibility. RDI would continue to provide space to allow her to teach and provide ongoing administrative support.
Once again management believed the programs where getting back on track but the location would not allow the programs to run at the same time creating scheduling problems so the hunt for a new location took place.
RDI shifted its attention to a location that would have 2 distinct sides. RDI Model and Talent would be split into 2 businesses...MTC Ottawa (Model Training Centre) and ATC (Acting Training Centre). Management secured the location and the lease was signed.
Unfortunately after the installations of the phone lines the commencement of setting up one side it was learned that there was no permits allowing for anyone to operate a business. RDI under law had to close its doors. The new landlord would never deliver the location due to the permits not being issued until mid October.
Because of the delay and the continued and ever growing debt RDI closed its doors.
It is unfortunate that RDI couldn't continue in the direction it was struggling to achieve and today both Mr. Goble and Mr. Markle have moved on in separate directions.
In closing, I would like to thank everyone who placed their trust into RDI and apologize for money's lost. Understand no one wants their business to go under and unfortunately when a business does go under any and all assets of the company go to pay creditors.
As I continue to read [redacted] and Complaints Board that RDI or Management deliberately scammed them was heart wrenching. If I had to do it again would I change things, you bet but what hurts me the most are 2 things
(1) How quickly people forgot the good things
(2) The investment some people lost and I am not talking about money, but there time and perhaps there dreams
I hope someday Ottawa you can find it in your heart to forgive and understand that the owners, managers of a business are human and they do have feelings. One last things for those people that got in an argument with me and think I threaten them don't take it personally I was protecting not just the company by everyone. If someone else came in I would be protecting you. Not an excuse but I am very protective by nature. Sometimes we all get stressed and worked up over something that today seems insignificant and after the passage of time people reflect.

I do not know who you are but most of your comments are not right. If you are the person only talk to Trevor or Brian about me, I think you might be another victim and get all wrong information. I'm here using my real Full name as I do not said or do anything wrong and I'm willing to face with anyone to verify about my comments.
Briefly to answer your new comments:
1. I'm not Ottawa Police, I do not know what are they doing. I have no comment. Just wait and see.
2. Credit on Model Mayhem: It's mine... At the first meeting with Brian, I indicated clearly with him that all photos took by me with RDI models will be credited by myself and RDI model & talent. But up to now, RDI still did not pay me a penny for my work. Do you think RDI have the credit on it? My answer is NO. All my work is owned by myself.
3. Over high rate? RDI knows my hourly rate and it posted clearly in my website.
4. Nude photographs with RDI models. I have a writing proved which indicated that nude ideas are from Brian. I also explained clearly to Trevor that if the nude ideas is mine why should I sent all photos section to Brian and Trevor for reviewing and selection of printing order?
5. Terminated with me by that nude photo section? Totally wrong. RDI ordered me another 21 photo shoot after the nude photos section.
Last but not least, I'm the person refused to work with RDI unless RDI pay in full for my work. Not RDI terminated me.

As suggestion of Alex_Smith (above message), I already filed a fraud-file to Ottawa Polices last year. Ottawa Police is very helpful and help me at lot. RDI business and both of them are very well known to Ottawa Polices. Both of them have many reported files about their activity. Feel free to reach me at my email, we can get together and stop by Ottawa Police again. I stopped by the Ottawa Police Office several times, and have the reported case and know the officer take care about this case. We can put more information to protect the other Photographers in Ottawa/Gatineau area. I do believe Ottawa Police is active to work for this Fraud and always protect us.
Hello, I'm pursuing Brian/Alex Markle and RDI, or whatever he wants to call the business these days. I too am a photographer who has been defrauded by them. email me and maybe we can back to the police together. It would help protect our community (of photographers) and also the community of Ottawa/Gatineau.
hmm, that's weird.. you confirmed with all their creditors? seems to me, if i call visa, and ask about payments on another account, they'll kindly tell me where to go. This would be said of any legitimate business. We have privacy laws here in Canada, in case you've forgotten. So I don't believe for a moment they've told you anything... i hereby dub this post.. FAKE!
If you have all this proof, then why don't you do something about them like I dont... um say legal action?
I do not agree with what you wrote... I'm a photographer who work for them about 2 months... I shoots for them more than 15 photos session. They ordered me more than 80 prints and 300 comp-card but whenever I asked them for my payment, they always execute and up to this time they still not pay me a penny. They also issued for me a cheque from a CLOSED account... So, how do you think?
Also, Trevor Goble threaten me and used FALSE statement from their model to refuse the payment for my work. I have all the written prove from Trevor Goble and their model.
