I bought a 12 pack cans of RC when drinking I discovered a very very bad taste. I compared to a can from the previous 12 pack and no problem. The 12 pack I bought from the HEB on SPID Moore plaza had bad taste in every can I opened. Still have 8 cans left because I assumed after the 4th can that the whole 12 pack was bad. Was bought from there on 4/18/13 please check into this to make sure is not dangerous or being overlooked completely. I am a very loyal customer and hope to be able to safely go back to drinking my RC. thank you
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
RC Cola no longer taste like RC Cola. It does not even taste like cola. I can't even describe the taste. What happened? Disappointed.
Been drinking RC for a long time, recently purchased a 12 pack about three weeks ago, wow it had some sort of strong medicine taste I was waiting to fall over still have the twelve pack, tried buying from a different location still the same thing. So I started buying two liters same taste what’s going on are we being poisoned can’t trust anything anymore. Tried going to their complaint center and it asks me to put in my password, don’t trust that either.
Yeah, I bought a 2 liter (2.1 QT) bottle of RC Cola at around 6:34pm Monday 11/7/17 Opened it and knew something was off as the carbonation smelt like it had gone flat or was just off. I then took a small sip of it to test the waters and low and behold this is the 6th bottle in a span of 1 month I've had dirt tasting Cola from you. RC Cola i don't know what's happening to you or the path you're going down but please for the love of god pick up your inspections. Someone somewhere is doing something wrong and someone else down the line is letting it pass...
Hi sent in a bottle with a piece of a rubber glove in it and I never heard back from them and this was a month ago 2 months ago and I was wondering what was going on and what that was it was in my bottle of RC 2 liter and why I haven't heard back from anybody and them two coupons just ain't enough to satisfy me for what was in that bottle

I'm very sorry to inform you this.
I found a foreign object floating inside 800ml RC cola bottle. And Im sure that it is a cigarrette filter.Look what kind of operation you have in your plant.This a serious sanitary problem.And as I have read some complaints, they encounter same thing as I did.
I hope this management will do something about this.Or should I directly report this to BFAD.
