Beware of RBD marketing a marketing company. They do not pay many of their employees their commissions or their last paychecks. They have a habit of doing this, and of lying and dodging people's phone calls. They have ripped off many employees including friends of mine. They also don't care for the harassment of employees by some of the managers and again just like to avoid and dodge phone calls. Very unprofesssional unethical company. You can work for them for months and not get your commission payments, unless you hound and bother them!
This company should watch out and pay their employees otherwise some will be getting together to file a lawsuit against them very soon!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I would have to agree with post here. I worked for RBD for 4mnths got let go a week before Xmas with 8 other people.
I received my last paycheck I didn't earn commission on my last month. But the people that got let go on my team in Houston Texas did not receive there commission and still this day nothing...
Something needs to be done about this...
Yes you are right they straight dodge you and avoid your calls. Management was the same way with me how embarrassing and how shameful to have those kind of men managing your company RBD VONAGE what a joke. Sexually harrasssed and then retaillated against with my employment.
