Razinsoft Dhaka Bangladesh review: Application deployment

On September 15, 2025, I paid a 70% upfront thorough several deposit to the merchant, Razinsoft, via PayPal for a specific digital service: the development, quality assurance, compliance testing, and successful deployment of two mobile applications to the Google Play and Apple App Stores. Merchant’s Failure to Deliver: The merchant has fundamentally failed to deliver the contracted product. Over the last 10 months, the merchant repeatedly missed milestones but provided ongoing text assurances that the software was being corrected to prevent me from filing a dispute earlier. When the merchant finally attempted store submission, the applications were rejected by the app stores due to critical compliance failures and poor development architecture. As of July 2026, the applications are completely unusable, riddle with software bugs, and fail to meet the technical specifications outlined in our original agreement. The merchant is now refusing to remediate the bugs or deliver functional applications. Attempts to Resolve: I have acted in good faith, providing multiple extensions. I have repeatedly requested that they either deliver the applications as described or provide a refund for the unrendered services. The merchant has refused. Because the merchant deliberately used false timelines and ongoing promises of delivery to delay action until my funds became critically vulnerable, I am requesting a full reversal of this transaction. The merchant has retained a 70% advance payment without delivering a viable, compliant, or functional product. I am ready to provide the original contract, specifications, store rejection notices, and communication logs showing the merchant’s admission of non-delivery upon request.

1. Verifiable Evidence of Merchant Failure & Material Breach The merchant has fundamentally breached our development agreement through unauthorized actions, defective development, and a unilateral reduction of contracted scope: Unauthorized, Unsupervised Deployment: The merchant bypassed my final review and submitted the applications to the app stores completely unsupervised. Because of this unauthorized submission, the apps were deployed with critical non-compliance issues and severe architectural defects before I could intervene. Defective Localization / Broken Language Support: Despite explicit advance instructions requiring a functional English and Spanish application, the Spanish translation and localized interface delivered by the merchant are broken and filled with severe linguistic and formatting errors. To this day, these errors render the Spanish version entirely unusable. Unilateral Reduction of Contracted Scope: The original contract mandates bilingual push notifications (English and Spanish). The merchant is now explicitly refusing to deliver the English push notification infrastructure, attempting to force me to accept a Spanish-only notification system. This is an unauthorized, unilateral modification of the contracted deliverables. Critical Functional Failures: The current software builds remain non-functional, riddled with critical, high-severity bugs, and completely unusable for commercial operations. 3. Deceptive Practices: Intentional Depletion of the Dispute Window For nearly 10 months, I acted in complete good faith, granting project extensions based on the merchant's repeated, written assurances that delivery was "imminent" and that bugs were "being resolved." The merchant deliberately utilized unsupervised deployment and rolling, false milestones as a predatory tactic to string the project along, intentionally exhausting standard financial dispute timelines while withholding 70% of my capital.
