According to federal law a sweepstakes must have a non purchase entry method to enter using post cards. The address on Raptorpowergear.com is : Raptor Power Gear Giveaway P.O. Box 728 katonah ny. 10536. But all my entries have been returned to me, and my post master has said it's because the address does not exist. Please help me out. Scam? Help!

Raptor Power Gear or Raptor Power Garage is running an illegal raffle/ sweepstakes. They are directly selling tickets to the general public promoting a series of prizes including a truck. They state the drawing is contingent on money raised! They limit the free entries to ONE but do not limit the purchase of tickets. In addition, this company does not appear to be a 501c, a commercial co-venture org, or a registered fund raiser, which are only entities allowed to run raffles. In their rules they state TO ENTER THIS RAFFLE, ONLY A RAFFLE NUMBER/TICKET MUST BE PURCHASED. There are only 650 tickets available for purchase. Once all 650 tickets have been purchased, a winner will be drawn. This does not even consider the mail in entries! Rules are at https://www.raptorpowergarage.com/pages/raffle-rules. The registered agent of Raptor Power Gear appears to be General Help LLC at 115 POCONO RD, # 223, BROOKFIELD, CT, 06804. The promotion should be shut down and owners fined, and not allowed to run promotions in the U.S. or Canada. April 21, 2021 this information was sent to CT's Office of the Attorney General. They in turn have forwarded it to the CT Department of Consumer Protection.
