Raptor Engine review: Will not refund my money

Bought a 383 SBC engine from Raptor engine on 4/24/2021 for 2645.00. Had problems with it immediately. Found a lobe on number 6 cylinder had rounded. They sent a new camshaft and lifters, which I had to pay to get installed. Which made no difference since metal is all through the engine. Long story short, the engine was still making noises. After several phone calls to them and eliminating all the things they said it could be. They finally agreed to send a truck to ship the engine back to inspect it. I was told the camshaft bearings were shot. Which I’m pretty sure all the bearings in the engine were gone. Then they lied to me for 4 months about building me a new remanufactured engine. I finally said, either send me an engine or refund me my money. The person I had been dealing with the whole time, Greg said they were going to refund me my money. He said it would be in my account in 7 to 10 days. Did not happen. He has gone from saying Square has my money to now saying my credit union or Visa has my money. His attitude is we sent the money to Square, it's your problem to figure out where it is. So, I have filed a complaint with BBB and waiting on call from my lawyer. Will see if a Judge thinks it's my problem to figure out where the refund is. Hoping it does not have to come to this, but if this guy thinks I'm going to let him just take my money. He will find out different.
