I registered on the website of the company Rapital Capital. I took loan from them, but when I wanted to return this sum, no one replied and I didn’t have any idea where to send this payment. I was furious as well as these horrible people started to charge me for something, but they didn’t reply. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

This place is so beyond fraudulent they should sued and shut down. Do not ever go there? Not only is it a beyond crazy interest, they take extra payments and you'll never get your money back.
I took out a loan for $350. I have to pay a total of $1650 back this is such a rip off . So I'm paying back triple the amount I borrowed. The payments start off low but they increase every couple of months. Being on a fixed income every little bit counts.. I might as well went to a LOAN SHARK ! So if you're looking for a short term loan and you see RAPITAL CAPITAL SHORT TERM LOAN , RUN Because they are such a rip off . BAD BUSINESS !

Don’t ever use them! There should be a law against this kind of lender. Not only is the interest rate high, but they tack on a processing fee.
I took a loan with them paid every month on time, paid loan off early. For weeks they called and sent emails to give me another loan. Didn't need one at that time. I received another email on 16th of August, with another offer. On the 18th of August I applied and they turned me down I spoke to so many people there to find out what happened in two days no one knows. They are awful, frustrating and confusing and really dishonest.
